Had an issue with delivery of my items due to their website not recognising my adress. Emailed the company and got it sorted out quickly. Brad was very polite and sorted me out with 24h delivery to make up for the mix up.

A mipod I had ordered had stopped working and as soon as I emailed customer service they were already trying to communicate with Smoking Vapor (mipod company) to get me a new one under the warranty. And when they couldn’t get a hold of them they sent me another brand new mipod free of charge from their personal stock (a limited edition version not even available on the Smoking Vapor website anymore). It arrived in less than a week and works perfectly. Their customer service is fantastic. The Not Blowing Smoke customer service team is so helpful and I recommend this company highly.

Resolved Customer Service Follow-up. A mistake on my order meant that one of my ordered juices was not sent, with another incorrect one sent instead. When I pointed this out, customer services were really quick in promising a replacement. Mistakes happen and I thought their response was great. Unfortunately, that replacement has not appeared and all follow-up mails sent over the last 2 weeks have been ignored. It transpired that my contact was out, and though I would have hoped that this should not have affected support, it has been fixed. The missing replacement was sent, special delivery, and arrived early the next day. Trust restored!

Order never arrived even though it was tracked 48 hours, tracking number doesn’t work, phone lines where down, I had to put it in dispute with my bank to get my money back, managed to talk to someone over email that promised a new order was being sent out the next day, and that never turned up either, I will not waste my time with this company
