Brilliant selection of premium liquids at a sensible price. If you sign up with them you get reward points which build up over time. Great service always get updates from order to dispatch and when it arrives. Always on time normally next day or after. Always on point for me. Would highly recommend them,and uk based not China or overseas.

Quick delivery and good liquid.

Great company to buy from, quick delivery, simple process. The downside however, do not give them your email address. Within a week I had 9 emails from them for various reasons (not relating to the order/delivery) including emails to do this review. I contacted them about the fact I had received so many emails to which they replied they weren't meant to seem spammy. I asked them why they came from 3 different email addresses I asked who they had given my contact details to, they didn't reply, I chased them they still didn't reply. *Edit, received an email later stating they were in away, my email has been removed from the list. Changed review from 3 to 5 stars!

Ordering was easy fast delivery

Not entirely sure this ejuice is original. Ordered some of their Snap Apple by Snap Liquids and it don't taste right I've been vaping this stuff for months, purchased from other suppliers and the colour and taste are both wrong compared to those. Just my opinion.

Ordered a Mi pod and after one day it unfortunately decided to die. Contacted eliquids and they couldn't be more helpful. Sent a full replacement asap (the manufacturer had made some changes to the pods so this doesn't happen) really impressed with the good customer service from Bradley. Top notch company. Working in the service industry myself I know things go wrong. It's how the company handles these problems that's the key and they were superb. Good job

Nice liquid but having to wait till Wednesday to receive after having ordered on Friday is just not acceptable in 2018 especially when paying for a 24h service.... Also I was provided with no tracking number

Found my favourite oil at last so happy with the oil and the Delivery was fine oil is fine as you can tell lol just that I was a few pence short I am shure that a human was handling my order didn’t realise that I was out of the 30 pounds cut off for free delivery (small print) ummm !! somehow ! someone ! could have saved me a nearly 12 pounds???? every little helps!!!!! thanks I think not !!!!! order id 20462160

I recently made my first order. Although there was a mistake with my order when it arrived, I contracted the company are they sorted it out straight away and sent the correct order the next day. I also got to keep the items that were sent incorrectly. All in all a stand up company with a really good customer support base that were more than happy to resolve the issue I had!
