In the course of placing my first order with E-Liquids UK I encountered some of the best Customer Service I have ever experienced. I had a minor issue with the automated age verification system in use on the site attempting to place an order out of hours. Consequentially I sent a request via the messaging system, expecting that I may hear back at some point over the next day or two but hoping for a sooner response. I clearly didn't need to worry though, as I actually received a response within an hour or so of business hours beginning the next morning, which was not only friendly but also completely resolved my issue and the E-Liquid UK representative also ensured that my order was despatched the same day. The order arrived the next day! I really can't recommend this company highly enough, the certainly aren't only interested in taking money, my experience demonstrates that they are also very interested in delivering an excellent customer experience too. It is always refreshing when a supplier not only meets but exceeds your expectations so my transaction with E-Liquids UK was a very welcome experience.
