I ordered the 'Colourful Arrangement' bouquet on two seperate occasions as gifts and they exceeded expectations each time.10/10.

The bouquets are beautiful ive ordered the last two years from the shop and they have made mistakes with my deliveries but have been the first to own up to them and make amends looking forward to doing business with them in future.

Valentines day comes as goes and once again I wasn't disappointed with my classy bouquet. Highly recommend(9) I ordered flowers for my sisters party night. She was delighted with their beautiful fresh fragrance. Recommend.

I hate to inform you that your response to me is total nonsense. Sun 13.03.22 I placed the order & since I don't have that record maybe just maybe I put the incorrect date Sun 13.03 22 @ 22.19 hrs Asta emailed to confirm the delivery date Mon 14.03.22 @ 00.11 hrs I confirmed the delivery date as 16th March 2022 & stated "preferably morning" I gave my mobile number & the recipient email number 14.03.22 email from you to say "that's great, thank" All took place 2 days before due delivery & still until I made 3 phone calls the flowers/chocs were not delivered ... delivery eventually 6pm. So the whole service was disappointing & unforgivable.

I live in Australian and made in online order. The flowers and Chocolates we ordered were not delivered. I have confirmed family in Ireland. The address on the order is correct. Not happy. Euro90 spent and no delivery. On questioning, I was advised they were delivered. No other follow up. Am furious and so disappointed. I don’t recommend and won’t be using again.
