Flowers and chocolates were just thrown over the fence. Delivery was quite late in the evening (19:30), which is not so bad, but good to know beforehand .

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a friend and asked Belle Fleurs to put a colourful woodland twist on it as my friend loves the forest and fairies. They were so attentive to what I wanted and they made a beautiful bouquet! It was made so quickly and delivered on the same day. Very creative and great customer service :)

The flowers were lovely but my friend received the wrong card with the flowers. She then called Bellefleurs to see if there was a mix up and they said there was no flowers for her, it was a mistake even though I had provided all of the information correctly. They called back later and read her card out to her on the phone. Disappointing service, not very professional.
