I was very upset with your service,I ordered flowers for a birthday on the 18/5/2022,,I ordered on line well in advance of the birthday so it would arrive on the morning of the birthday but by 4.30pm no flowers. I phoned the the flower shop ,the girl was very nice told me she would chase it up and she would call me back she never did I had to call back to find out what was going on ,she said she couldn't find out asked me what I wanted to do ,I told her to cancel the flowers,so she said she would have to speak to the manager about a refund as the flowers cost €63.1 got a text to from Peter apologized and said it would be refunded ,then I got another text from Sean the courier's he said he he delivered the flowers that evening .I'm sorry to say that I won't be using your business again it's not reliable.

The flowers that I recently ordered from you were according to the recipient & the photo of them she sent me, amazing. Thank you so very much. All done so easily, will definitely be using again. Keep up the good work!
