All the information was available and easy to figure out on how to do it. My credit card number that was up is no longer valid. I have new card number and it was easy to get it on the website for paying for my items and for future items. Also the product i order plus my points were all very easy to do. Nerve renew seems to keep me going and the vitamins are good for my condition.

For some reason I lost 500 points which I didn't realize that point expire. I would of recived $25 off.

The checkout reminded me of something sketchy. It kept giving options to buy something else. I am just trying to see if this really works so I want to spend the minimum amount that I can. If it works as advertised then I will reorder more of the product and then I might increase the number of stars.

Nerve Renew computer system does not allow for any discounts when ordering on a "special". This makes it fustrating and requiring contact with Nerve Renew to sort out. However, I have found the staff very helpful when making contact.

I had to end up calling for help because I accidentally hit the auto ship and I don’t want that. The person I spoke with was very helpful and gave me the correct discount. Still not getting the relief that I want, but I’m still very hopeful. Been taking the nerve renew, nerve optimizer and started the nitride oxide booster. Started the nerve renew in December, so been taking it about 4 1/2 months. Praying that it gives me the results I want and need!
