I have been with Cover My Cab for five years now, and have always found them to be reasonable and efficient. The unlimited mileage policy is a massive bonus, especially for drivers like myself who do a lot of miles. Whenever I have had incidents, they have always been efficient, I have had to get things corrected, but they have always corrected the record when asked to. The last renewal was done by Louise D and it was the smoothest renewal, even though there was an issue. She rectified it faster than in previous years, excellent service from her.

Cover my cab is a very honest and relabel insurance broker.

Got a quote, paid deposit, signed agreement. Provided proof of no claims. Then followed a whole issue of why they would not accept this proof. Turns out that because I cancelled the policy on taxi A 13 days before the end of it's policy on insuring my new Taxi, that year did not count towards my no-claims. thieving bunch of gits basically shafted me for over £300 beware, use a reputable company! I forgot to explain that I only cancelled the policy on Taxi A because they would not accept my no-claims while it was still running, in case there was a claim on it. I said I would cancel it, but was not told it still would not count.

When I called them 1st time it was good so I purchased it thank you

this company won’t deal any claims i had horrible experience non fault one year they didn’t done anything please avoid this company
