Ordered two weeks ago (5th December ) as Christmas themed horse / riding outfit Nothing arrived so far Disappointing as will be irrelevant if arrives after Christmas- Update .. arrived today in time for Xmas .. nice message from vendor in the interim .. good quality equipment

I found this company to be very slow and have still not received my order two weeks after ordering. It actually took over a week to pick the order and dispatch it which is unheard of nowadays. To be fair to Redpost, I have emailed for updates a couple of times and they have always responded but I don’t think I would rush to use them again.

I think the hat is beautiful, I am extremely pleased with it. It is undoubtedley a very classy item. However, as I mentioned on the site, I was a little disappointed that it came in a cardboard box not big enough for the hat to lie flat. My crit appeared on the site directly after I wrote it, but then quickly disappeared. If they can't take a little constructive criticism they shouldn't ask for replies. As this is a present I have since bought a hat box and think they would do well to offer a hatbox on site. I would happily have paid more for one. I hope this post doesn't similarly disappear. PS Just noticed although it was redpostequestrian who asked for the opinion, it was actually bought on the Holland Cooper site. I'm not sure if they are linked but it's the same hat. They only have 4 reviews, all 5 stars. I gave them 4 and disappeared.
