I ordered an Equidry jacket but ordered the wrong size. After contacting Redpost customer service I had the returns process dealt with and the size smaller on reserve. The return was dealt with quickly and my new coat was with me within 24 hours of the original one reaching them. I couldn’t recommend Redpost Equestrian enough their service is brilliant and their customer service team are so friendly and first class.

I live in the US and while ordering from a website overseas it was super easy and shipping was quick. The prices are great on the site as well!

Very quick delivery and good quality goods

I love the weatherbeater chaps they are so cosy to wear in winter and showerproof. I am a size -10 and 5’6’’ thé Small is perfect. I already had a black pair and wanted a navy pair too. I don’t know how I would do with out them now! Arrived when promised.

I ordered the wrong size for 1 item and they fixed it for me before my order was shipped :) I also like the great selection and quality of the products!!
