If you want to know I had to check if it was dispatched because and after you send an email to inform me that there was an issue with the shipping But when I checked with one of your team regarding the weight it was normal but he /she did not want to give any answer regarding why was requested the additional charges so I had checked the weight and the DHL in Malta regarding the weight when the parcel arrived and had informed me that it was about 10Kg only while your team did not answer nothing . The only thing she said was is if i wanted to make the additional charges to so that the order be dispatched & you call that service. I am telling you to cancel my profile and my account as I dont have no intention to place other other
