Customer service is brilliant, boots arrived quickly but too small on the calf, customer services personally measured other boots and exchange is being sorted without issue.

How can a store selling horse stuff not allow dogs! Dogs aren’t rats! So many stores selling expensive goods allow dogs, John Lewis being an obvious one, and in London many large and far more luxurious stores allow them. I asked if I could stand at the entrance where the tills were while they grabbed me a Shetland rug, the answer was no. They did say I could carry him but how can one look for a rug holding a Jack Russell? They suggested I leave him in my car. Not all people drive 4x4’s or cars with large boots. And the main point is he’s anxious so why should I make him more anxious. So I’m off to Newton Abbott to Leonard Coombes much nicer and dog friendly. I’m new to this area I hail from Hampshire and this is the first time I’ve ever been turned away from an equine store with a dog! Poor experience, unhelpful staff and over priced!
