I am not happy with the service provided by Proof-Reading-Service.com. From the looks of the website and the prices I expected more than just a simple spelling and grammar check. I could do it online and for free. I can understand very well that they do not change the content, word choice or writing style, as it can drastically change the author's work. However, if there is a sentence that is not well understood or whose wording is not natural, why are the client not notified?

There were multiple mistakes in the proofread document. 1. However was used two times in the same sentence 2. In so many paragraphs in addition to 'the' no other corrections were done. 3. Data was used as singular 4. Instead of a antiviral simple antiviral was used and lot more.
