In the English revision option, I think that in addition to identifying errors, the construction of the sentence should be analysed. Spaniards tend to make literal reversions.

The proof reading did not help improve my manuscript at all. The number of valuable comments/changes was very limited and a lot of really weird suggestions were made. E.g. all costs were transformed to dollars which was not our intention (we would have made sure to do so otherwise). So it was a pain to actually work with the comments and make sense of it. I will certainly not use this service again.

The manuscript was rejected and one of the reviewers' comment was poor English. I contacted your company and was told to submit certain documents so you could look into it. One of the documents is the original manuscript I submitted to the journal in word format, which I do not have because I already rewrote it in order to submit to the next journal. I was told PDF format is not acceptable and had to convert it into word format. I decided not to waste more time going back and forth.
