My co-authors and I had used to be satisfied with the quality of PRS services. However, we are recently very concerned about the worst quality of the service. Among our recent four service requests, most outcomes (3 out of 4) disappointed us a lot. We expected as before that PRS would give helpful suggestions for revising the sentences more naturally. But, we only received feedback, pointing out minor errors such as the mistakes of missing "a or the". In general, the translation and editing work has been good, however, on 2 occasions, from 2 different documents that you edited, when we sent the documents to 2 different Journals, the document reviewers told us that the documents contained grammar and / or editing errors.

A really bad experience. The review was imprecise, and when my editor pointed it out you denied my a second review, so I had to pay another bill to get what I payed for in the first place. I will never use this service again.

This is my 2nd time I used this service. I have expected a bit more, but to be honest it is the best buy. So the reason for average grade is only due to my expectations.
