I can't give anymore stars because the process is still ongoing the scooter hoist was fitted to the car before I took possession of my car but the scooter is not yet fitted to the hoist the appointment to have this done was cancelled due to the covid-19 outbreak I have no idea when this part of the process will be completed so still have to lift scooter in/out if car by hand which is not ideal.

Top top marks as always, superb very efficient work. Id trust these guys to the moon and back. Thank you for helping my indepedance

Staff are great from on the phone booking to the engineers doing the work everyone was very helpful... While waiting on my car I was made a cup of tea while I waited which was nice.... Only thing I would say is the waiting area needs to be bigger and more open as sone customers are like me and in a wheelchair and also the toilets could be made bigger for better access.

The service was excellent, Matt came out to demonstrate a hoist and a scooter which was done very well and explain how things worked and answer any doubts it took 2 days to fit the hoist and the job was to my satisfaction, both gentlemen were very good with my husband with the time and patience as my was very slow on his feet. I would recommend Des Gosling Mobility, they also came and pick my car up and returned after fitting the hoist

The boot floor for my Skoda Karoq does the job as expected .The steering wheel removable knob took a little while to reach me ,but I am satisfied overall with the service
