I’ve used hand controls for many years and these are the best yet. I wasn’t present when they were fitted but I had a telephone conversation beforehand which was useful. The fitter placed them perfectly as a result I’m really enjoying my new car. I would highly recommend this company professional and competent and quick to fit them. Perfect.

I had a smart lift fitted to a 2019 focus estate, which works fine, however it has left no access to spare wheel because you can not get the false floor up past lift frame work. The floor has been cut to accommodate framework but a little more trimming would allow it to be removed more easily. For future fittings of similar buggies, I was told the seat would have to be removed, which is correct and no problem, but if you then fold the seat and store it on the foot plate of the buggy then fold steering bar down it is a much neater arrangement and a single lift. To keep the buggy level I had to move lifting point to compensate for the seat weight. If you like I can send photo of biggie/seat on lift for ref. Thank you R. Emery

Fantastic service , mostly done via phone and email prior to installation of my order. On the day I was to take receipt of my new vehicle I met the engineer at the dealership. He explained the adaptions to myself and husband. Both the new hoist and handbrake adaption has made a massive difference for myself .
