I went to see Jaysal at Minar Jewellers as i was looking for an engagement ring. I had previous conversations with Jaysal via email and explained to him the type of design and style i wanted so i was very impressed to see he had done his preparation beforehand as when i visited the shop he had an array of rings to show me. During our consultation, he was very attentative with explaining the process, showing me various designs aside from the one he had prepared and this put me at ease as i did not have a clue about diamonds/clarity etc. Once we had agreed a design etc, Jaysal was always very responsive in providing me updates and this had put me at ease throughout the process. On top of this excellent customer service, the ring was amazingly beautiful and elegant and has received a great response from everyone who has seen it, especially my fiancé! From start to finish the service has been impeccable and i will definitely be coming back for future needs.

Went in today to replace my nose stud, and was instantly greeted with such friendly service! They were very patient whilst I was making decision and gave me informative advice on what stud would suit my nose best! So happy with my purchase and the service I received today!

Swapped the surgical steel nose rings I've worn for years to two feminine cubic zirconia screw in nose studs. I was expecting them to be fragile and to fall out. It's now been a few weeks and they are still in and lasted through all kinds of rough treatment. I'm really happy with my choice and the service I received.
