I bought 22 carat gold earrings from Minar Jewellers. The pushbacks on the earrings were loose meaning the earrings kept falling off. I got in contact and they asked me to send the earrings back and offered to reimburse the shipping fee. They sent the earrings to their warehouse to fix and will send them back.. their customer service is great and they reply quickly too. Quick next day delivery too via Royal Mail.. and delivery is free too,

I came to Minar Jewellers for an Engagement Ring to surprise my partner on our upcoming holiday. I had an idea and budget of what I wanted to get, but with the expertise from Pravin and Jaysal I was able to get an amazing ring that she loves (having never seen it until the proposal). The service provided with sound knowledge meant I was well looked after and the slight changes recommended were practical and perfect. I purchased a white gold diamond nose stud from the website and It was delivered on time. The nose stud itself is really beautiful. I am quite fussy about nose studs and was worried whether it would be what I had expected, especially as it was quite costly. However, I was so impressed that two days later I purchased the yellow gold diamond stud which I am currently waiting to be delivered.
