5 stars for the service , but I bought a nose ring for £42 pound and I was really really disappointed in it not worth the money at all.

Hi bought 2 18k White gold and Diamond nose pins Which came very quickly indeed. They were beautiful however when I tried them the right hand side went in no problem but was uncomfortable but the left just would not go in at all. I contacted Minar and spoke to Sylwia who asked if these had been opened from their sealed package which they had been. I asked if I could change these to a screw back. Sylwia offered to change the nose pins to screw back as a good will gesture and gave me the procedure to return the ones I couldn’t use . I want to say a massive thank you you Sylwia who went above and beyond for me.
