Just bought this lovely nose stud, arrived really quickly, it’s even better than I could have hoped for, the diamond is so pretty, really sparkles gentley, the stud itself sit snuggly to the side of the nose, very pleased. Would definitely recommended.

We got our wedding rings at Minar jewellers. On first appointment we met with Jaysal, and told him what we wanted. Jaysal provided us with a lot of options, allowing us to try on different styles to find what was comfortable and what suited us best. We also discussed what i wanted my bespoke wedding ring to look like. For this appointment, the service was 5 star! I also returned to the jewellers to get all of my rings cleaned and a stone replaced in one. This time I met with Pravin, and once again the service was exceptional. I discussed with Pravin what I required and nothing was too much trouble. I was able to return to the store and pick up all the rings at the same time. Overall, a great experience with Pravin and Jaysal. Both the wedding bands, and my cleaned rings look amazing. Would 100% recommend to anyone. We were made to feel really welcome. I recently got a valuation report done from Minar Jewellers, and would strongly recommend them if you want to do the same or if you would like to purchase any Jewellery from there. Pravinbhai and Jaysal looked after me and thoroughly explained the process of the valuation. I cannot fault their customer service and knowledge when it comes to Jewellery. I will definitely be using their services again.

Despite lockdown restrictions, Pravin was able to promptly offer an appointment to assess the damage to a ring which had been squashed out of shape during a bike accident. He gave a helpful estimate for the repair in advance of the appointment and then was able to confirm that in person and was very understanding that although it wasn't a valuable piece it still had sentimental value. He was friendly, explained the process well and also checked my ring size to be sure that the repaired ring would still be a comfortable fit. I was pleasantly surprised that he would be able to have it finished within a few hours but he was also accommodating to book a collection appointment the following day at a time more convenient for me. It came back looking good as new and with the polish included in the repair it was more shiny than it had been for years. Excellent prompt and friendly service and really pleased to have my ring back in use. I would definitely go back to Minar Jewellers again for future repairs and have already recommended them to my sister.

I bought a nose ring that was perfect, the size was true and it looks great on. It was also delivered quickly and the packaging was beautiful.

4th item I’ve ordered. First 3 superlative, for price, service & quality. This gold ‘Initial’ enamelled pendant, not so much. Flimsy, enamel not perfect, and expensive for what it was.
