So what can I say, amazing customer service with great email communication from a person not an auto generated one but personalised from a human!! I ordered a diamond nose stud which has arrived today with its certification. It’s beautiful and just what I wanted. I would highly recommend both the product and the company and will be emailing the aforementioned human to personally thank him!
