Size of bracelet was not up to to Average Adult size. You should reconsider it.

Very nice jewellery and really helpful customer service

Came in looking for something quite specific - an 18 inch, 22 karat gold chain to wear every day. Donika was extremely helpful in answering my questions about metal quality, chain durability and clasp design. She understood my requirements and gave me a good variety of chains to choose from. Really pleased with my chain - the quality of the gold and design are perfect. I will certainly be returning for other 22k gold pieces (especially taking into account their bespoke service) and would highly recommend them!

Firstly we commissioned a bespoke engagement ring that superseded all our expectations. We had looked around Hatton Garden, researched similar styles in other jewellers & in the USA. Pravin & Jaysal were commissioned and an absolute delight to work with, as such they was able to make some great additional ideas. Pravin’s intel on jewellery is second to none he is a master to detail. My darling fiancé, Ian approved the design and added two hidden hearts in the feature of the ring. We had the sapphire and diamonds verified in NYC and certified. Therefore, I am now the proud owner of a GIA certified Sapphire & Diamond Trilogy ring (one of a kind) that makes me feel quite regal. I, highly commend Minar Jewellers for customer service and attention to details. Hopefully they will design the bridal earrings to match. We are eternally grateful to them.

Great experience overall! It was easy to navigate around the site, pictures for each product were super detailed and helped make the decision on what to get easily when shopping online. Delivery was super fast in a very premium package. Product quality I cannot say enough good things about, needless to say their product was finely crafted and they really do justice to all the beautiful Asian styling that went into it. Ordered online on Easter Monday, Tuesday recieved a phone call for me to collect within a rough time slot. Emailed what to bring,asked for the order number and name, mask required when entering the shop, no problems, item and gift bag, and receipt nicely gift wrapped. Glad a pre booked as I could check the item was in good condition as far as I'm aware.

One star is just for quick delivery. I ordered a nose stud and after few hours of wearing my nose started to hurt and got swollen.next day it was filled with pus..such a bad quality product
