The part ordered wasn’t the part advertised but it still worked just obviously cheaper.

Price was fine, No immediate feedback that purchase was complete. No instant payment deduction. When contacted could not confirm order 7 days later email confirming sale and delivery time . Had to send back part of the order because I purchased elsewhere

The delivery would have gone perfectly, but was ruined by the Delivery Company! After a great deal of aggro from the above, eventually it was resolved by the excellent Gavin, from Westside. He was a star, and got the replacement purchase to me unbelievably fast. I would most definitely recommend Westside who were super efficient. Thank you.

Great prices and customer service

I missed an item when ordering a shower and the staff were so helpful and lovely. After instructing me to order the item they included it with my previous order and refunded the delivery for that item. Kept in touch at every step.

Quality product (Tavistock Verge mirrors) at a good price. Delivery experience variable ( notification of date and time could be better). Products well protected from damage and exactly as described on web site.

Really easy to order. Rang in advance to make sure items were in stock. All confirmed so put order through. Received a call the following day to arrange delivery of shower enclosure and a tap. Really efficient. Delivery day came and only the shower enclosure was delivered so I rang west view. They apologised that the tap was missed from the delivery and arranged for it to be delivered the following day which it was. Overall a pleasant transaction even with the little blip which was quickly rectified hence the 4 stars otherwise it would have been 5.

Good quality product at a good price and fast delivery.

Ordering online was straightforward and reasonable prices for the product. Delivery was arranged promptly on an agreed delivery date direct from Scudo. The unit and basin are of high quality and look stunning.

Item was the wrong size and only identified at the time when the plumber came to install it. Unfortunately Westside do not take a customer first / friendly approach and have subsequently refused to even offer an exchange or store credit. Unless you are certain the product is correct as ordered I would avoid Westside.

The website was easy to use and easy to find what we were looking for, the products were very well described with helpful specifications. The ordering process was clear and well laid out with a number of purchasing options. The delivery communications were clear and easy to follow and item ordered arrived on time and well packaged. All in all a good experience and we will definitely use them again.

Recieved a shower control unit, it had a broken screw holder, so impossible to even take the cover off, phoned the company, replaced with a new one and collected the damaged one by the next morning !!! Brilliant service, I tell everyone to use them, thank you guys, totally recommend 👍 👌

Beware: terrible customer service and returns policy! No response to emails, and claims that they have ‘lost’ your emails. This company only offers a 14 day returns policy, and they will make you pay the full cost of returning the items. This can be very expensive if you are ordering a large item. A bathroom refit often takes longer than 14 days until you are fitting the items and then it is too late to return the products. If you miss the 14 day returns window, even if the products are in their original box and packaging they refuse to accept a return past this date, and advise you to ‘resell the product privately’ There are plenty of other suppliers offering similar products. I strongly advise buying from someone else with better customer service.
