Taylors Legal got the job done and looking back after completion there weren't really any problems. Our conveyancer was helpful and resolved/answered all questions/enquiries. The reason for giving 4 instead of 5 really comes down to communication. We felt through the process that we were the ones always contacting them to find out what was going on as there was no communication back until asked on progress, leaving us a bit in the dark. There was a portal that was supposed to show us updates on progress but this was quite often not updated in real time resulting in us not knowing what was going on. The day of exchange and completion was very good. All resolved before 12pm and swiftly carried out with exchange and completion on the same day.

The new build team at Taylors Legal (Amy T,,Ellie R, Sim S and Nicola T) are very professional and helped to complete the legals for a new build flat purchase. Very quick to respond and knowledgeable, they also return enquiries and information around from the Housebuilder's team promptly. The price paid was higher than the original quote (with some known extras), but overall fair value for the level of service and the speed of completion.
