My vehicle had a MOT protection which actually saved me £458 on repairs as it had failed on its MOT. I can not thank enough for their ohnesty which is one of the main reason I keep coming back to the garrage. The reception is so friendly, all staff are very friendly and welcoming. My vehicle is returned back every time with a wash and vac. Smelling nice and fresh. I would personally like to thank Natalie for organsisng me a loan be vehcike whilst my car was in for repair. And a massive thank you for saving me money on my repairs bills. Worth every penny is the MOT protection plan. Look forward to seeing you next year with my vehicle again. Keep you the good work. 👌

Five Star Auto Centre staff were extremely helpful and friendly over the phone when making my booking. I needed two new tyres fitting too and they were more than happy to get me a quote and called me back within the hour. The service at Five Star was top class, my car came back in perfect condition, had been cleaned and valeted and smelt amazing! The customer service at the garage is brilliant! I had regular calls from the garage while my car was with them to notify me if anything had flagged up and had a cost associated to it, so I could make a decision first on how I wanted to proceed. The staff are more than happy to explain anything to you and they make you feel comfortable and confident in their service. As the garage are RAC approved I was also offered a free RAC MOT Check and Repair Plan! Five Star Auto Centre definitely provide you with a 5 star service - thank you!

United Kingdom | 06 February 2019Polite friendly efficient, the quoted price was what we paid. On a weekend away, had a flat tyre. No locking wheel nut, so a drilling job to remove and replace tyre. The job was done as quickly as possible as we were away from home. They were very empathetic to our situation.

They had fixed my concern on my 3 series BMW. They are ohnstley genuine and upfront threw out the repairs. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to my family and friends in fact I have booked my wife’s SLK Merced’s in for a service and MOT. Thank you for the wash and vac. United Kingdom | 22 December 2018I bought a new Corsa from Vauxhall 3 years ago under the idea that being new, I would never need to make big payments to fix it. This year, the car was leaking oil and had the insides were completely wrecked. Having been to other, more national, garages, and spending over £400 to fix the problem I decided to try a different more locally based garage. All I can say is they were brilliant. There was no messing around in diagnosing the actual problem with my car and fixed it within a short period of time. For the first time in the long road of car troubles (pun intended) I feel I’d found a garage that actually cared about me as a customer and weren’t simply doing everything to make some money. My car was found to have internal engine damage by a Vauxhall dealership that would cost more than £4000 to fix and so I decided to sell the car, however, should I ever need to visit a garage in the future, 5-star autocenter will be my first call. Mechanic and receptionist were both friendly, informative and helpful and I’d like to thank them both for their help! As a side note, I would implore anyone not to buy a Vauxhall car; nothing but a poor product and a waste of good money.

United Kingdom | 02 December 2018Having lost faith in the mechanic I had been to for many years I looked on the RAC website to find an approved garage I’m my area. Five Star Garage was the closest to home. On arrival at the garage I found * Receptionists who are professional and efficient but also friendly and helpful. * A spotlessly clean and tidy garage where my car was placed on a ramp and the mechanic talked me through the condition of my car. * Feeling confident and reassured I booked my car in for a service (no coercion, my choice) The price for Gold, Silver or Bronze Service are clearly displayed in Reception. I was given a written quote for the cost and after the car had been serviced received a message containing a PDF of service checks with a traffic light code RED Urgent AMBER Needs attention in the near future. GREEN Good to go. Two checks were marked Amber. I’d noticed one of the problems myself so I decided to have this work done and the headlights buffed. * Again I was given a clear written quote for the work to be carried out and the timescale. The price on the quote is the price you pay unless you request other work to be carried out then your given an update. * The car was valeted before it was returned to me and because there was one available I was given a courtesy car whilst the work was being carried out. The level of service at Five Star Garage is Five Star and long may it continue to be so. I have already booked my car in for it’s next MoT and have a quote for it.
