MOT and service carried out; they rang me when they said they would and the car was valeted too!

This was the first service and MOT for this car since i have had it, there was a lot of work to be done but when i picked up the car and drove it home it felt like a brand new car. You pay for a quality service and you get a quality service.

New front suspension, feeling like driving a new car. Another great service and repair from 5 Star, great communication, excellent value for money. I keep going back each time new work, or service is required. Thanks again

After breaking down - not the best experience. Emma from Five Star Autocentre gave me a call Whilst waiting to be towed. She sent me a breakdown of what my car was going to cost me and the work that needed to be carried out. The garage fixed my car swiftly and kept me informed. I felt that the prices were very competitive. They cleaned the car and Hoovered it out. It smelled wonderful, like new. Everyone was super friendly and cared about the business they run. If one good thing is to come out of a bad is that I found a good garage that can service BMW.

Have used this garage a couple times now and always been spot on. Talk through any work. Communication is excellent.

I booked my car for a DPF cleaning. They advertised the price of £99 on 'My Garage' website. When I phoned this garage to confirm my appointment date of 17 December 2024 with Nikita, first she said there was no booking and then I told her it was done through 'My Garage' she found the booking. She then put me on hold and told me that she needs to check the price. She said the price was £280 plus Vat. I said why is it advertised at £99. She was very rude and said never mind what it is advertised at I am telling you the price is £280 plus VAT. Avoid this garage at all costs the price they advertise is not what they charge.,

As a new customer needing specialist attention to my Mercedes SLK 200, I was impressed from the moment I got through to Reception. Nothing was a problem. My car was booked in immediately with the reassurance that the faults and issues would be sorted. Customer Service at Five Star Autocentre is excellent. The communication, transparency and information as to what my car needed to be sorted, fixed & safe was professional and very thorough. This is a business that obviously invests in technology and the fast changing world of cars, but more importantly, Five Star Autocentre clearly invests in the whole staff team. My car after a day was fixed, serviced and fully valeted, inside and out...it looked brand new on collection! The name of this Autocentre is fully deserved and reflective of the whole experience.

I've just had a service & MOT at Five Star Autocentre and cannot recommend them enough. Not only did they beat the other bigger name garages around on price, but the service was brilliant. Emma & the team provide great comms throughout, and to come back to find my car fully valeted was an absolute bonus.

Five Star Autocentre, 5 star service. Called on the off chance on a Saturday afternoon to see if they could look at my tyre as I had concerns about it. Waited 10 minutes and they had it sorted. I was so grateful and really appreciated their help.

They don't care if your car is okay, just after your money. Highly expensive. Inconsistent with their communication

Excellent customer service is really hard to find these days. After being floored by the level of service and communication at a local "stealership", I turned to Asif and the team to help me fix an engine issue that wasn't going to be covered under warranty. Not only did it cost 70% less than the stealership, they prioritised me, sorted it within a week and had me back on the road very quickly. An independent garage coming in cheaper than a main dealer isn't the headline here. It's the quality of service - the updates when you expect them, the little videos of the work - all of which gives you the confidence that you've made the right decision to bring your vehicle here for the team to take care of. Can't thank the team enough for what they've done for me. Brilliant service.  

Lovely friendly staff. Always make you feel welcome and will bend over backwards to help you. Taken two of my Vehicles there and recommended them to my son.
