I arranged to have an MOT and basic service done on my car. Really happy with the service I received and the staff were very friendly. I will definitely use Five Star again and have already recommended them to my family.

I arrived early for a tyre change, Reception was tidy and organised and I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who booked my car in and offered me a drink. I was able to see my car whilst it was being seen to. Definitely recommend to anyone

Really friendly service! Cannot comment on the price but they did offer a student discount of 10% with nus card. Reasonably priced services, also washed my car for free! Really polite staff, car runs lovely now. Would definitely recommend

An excellent and friendly service

I initially booked my car in to have two tyres fitted through blackcircles.com. On dropping the car off I also asked the garage to have a look at one of the rear brakes which was squeaking. Throughout the day I was called by David who kept me up to date on the progress and price of the repairs. The car was finished for around 4 in the afternoon and I collected it after finishing work. On collection the car had been washed and valeted, inside and out which was a great surprise. I would have no reservations in recommending Five Star Auto Centre and will take my Mito there for any work needed in the future.

I had already planned to write to Five Star before this opportunity to write a testimonial arrived by email. I arrived a little early for a booked MOT appointment, everything was ready for me. The waiting area was clean and tidy, and had I needed it a copy of the local newspaper was available. Whilst waiting another customer arrived and started to log his lap top on. He was immediately offered free access to their wi fi. Perhaps the only thing missing on a warm day was a water cooler, and in winter access to a coffee machine, (not necessarily free access,) might benefit waiting customers. The work was completed within an hour and the car returned to me clean and tidy. As I write it is the next day, and I have already recommended them to two friends. In short, excellent service, truly customer focused, and somewhere I shall go again.

I recently visited five star for an MOT and tracking. When i arrived i was welcomed by two members of staff at reception dressed smartly. They took my car straight into the garage for my MOT without hesitation and i was offered a warm drink and biscuits. when my MOT was complete the reception staff went through my certificate with me and priced up my advisories whilst i had my tracking done. The reception staff printed me an estimate and i even had my car valeted free of charge. I would definatley recommend five star to family and friends.

Arrived at the allotted time and was greeted with a smile. The job of fitting 2 new tyres was started almost immediately and I was offered tea or coffee while I waited in their small but functional waiting area. The job was completed within half an hour and I was happy to drive away with my new tyres. The only thing that stopped me giving a 5 star rating was when I checked the tyre pressures the day after and found the pressure in both new tyres to be less than the minimum pressure recommended. I topped up the pressure myself and would still have no hesitation in recommending Five Star Autocentre to anyone else.

Very pleased with everything, friendly service especially from David , cannot fault. Told me recommendations but no pressure what so ever from their end.. Brilliant valet, felt like a new car again. I travelled quite a long way to use the garage, I wasn't disappointed. I was kept up to date with the service progress and informed immediately of additional work required. I was a little disappointed that the courtesy car wasn't available, but it was beyond your control. Upon collection I appreciated the mechanic talking me through the work. He seemed to take real pride in his work. I will use the garage again, and would recommend to friends.

I came across this little gem called Five Star Autocentre. On arrival i was greeted by a very smartly dressed and friendly lady called Charlotte. My car was then taken into the garage for inspection, within a short period, David, the manager explained what my car needed and showed me a detailed estimate of the repairs. I was also given a completion time. After deciding to have the repairs carried out, the completion time was not only met as promised but my car had also been valeted. I feel i must recomend Five Star Auto Centre to everyone as the experience i have had, has been like a breath of fresh air. Smartly dressed staff, professional, polite and most importantly, Honest, no longer will my car visit a main dealer.

Been using these guys since February 2013 after my local dealership try to rip me off and after another well known nationwide 'speedy garage' did some shoddy work, I've not looked back! All the work I've had done to my car was explained thoroughly and carried out with the highest quality and a reasonable price, not only that my car is always valeted free of charge which would cost you upwards of £15 elsewhere. I highly recommend Five Star Autocentre!!!
