In 35 years of having garages care for my cars, the quality of work and alround customer service is definitely some of the very best.

First class service from start to end. Miss Kavanagh was professional throughout the duration keeping in regular contact with me every step of the way. As my car was only a few months old and I was worried what the repair would be like I needn’t have been as the workmanship was exceptional. Damage to the car on collection. Went back to the garage to be told it hadn’t happened there. Thank you for your reply. I appreciate you looking into it but we feel there is no other explanation for the damage.

I had bought my very first car over a month ago, I had a few clutch sticking problems and a noise coming from the rear of the car, I rang midweek to book in for the Saturday, spoke to a very professional and knowledgeable gentleman who offered a full health check of the car free of charge. After the health check he rang back very prompt to tell me the issues, we discussed on the phone which needed doing urgently and which could wait a few weeks (allowing me time to cover the cost). Five Star gave me a courtesy car free of charge as work was expected to be completed the following monday but managed to complete the same day! The ladies on the reception are polite and very knowledgeable, the mechanics in the back are very skilled and most of all trustworthy, Five Star even washed the outside of my car and valeted the inside. Very happy with the service I received and will be using them as my trusted local garage. Thanks again!

Booked my car in for a Gold Service. The work was completed in accordance with the time stated. I was asked whether I wanted to get additional work done on the advisories but I was not pushed or coerced into getting the work done. I was given advice on how to look after my car's health over the next few months. The best part - the complementary wash and valet! My car not only feels new but it smells new too! Thank you for a great experience.

The only thing that let it down was how dirty my car was. The steering wheel was filthy. Gloves should be warn so they can be removed to move the cars. The seat was dirty too. Why don’t you use seat covers? Receptionist was lovely and staff friendly.

Had my MOT here, second year running. Excellant service, staff friendly, newspapers and refreshments while you wait, cettainly recommend it

All round 5* experience customer service is excellent dropped car off first thing in morning got told would be ready at tea time and got a message at dinner time saying will be ready at 3 30 witch was a good bonus. Car runs good now and car got washed and vaced and a nice little note left in car witch was nice to come back to will deffently be coming back for future work thank you

The staff are honest, reliable and friendly. Choosing a garage is never easy as you never sure what kind of service you are going to get, but I can truthly say I've never been to a better place, the staff are friendly and helpful and keep you informed with no hidden costs or surprises.
