I was able to amend my order by phoning and speaking to an extremely helpful team who even called me back!! Excellent communication by email too. It makes a refreshing change to get this level of 'old fashioned' but highly efficient service.

The refill pad descriptions are unclear so I ordered the wrong product from the one I wanted, then I was told because I opened the seal to look at the pages to notice they were incorrect, I could not return these. Disappointing especially with the price tag of these. I now have 6 unwanted books and 20 lighter.

I’ve had these pukka pads before but not straight from the pukka pads supplier. Great help from customer service, great delivery and they’re as good as they’ve always been. Need to know if they’re in yellow also but it would also be good in A5 size which they don’t apparently do.

Love Pukka products but when the parcel arrived one of the folders was broken!

I placed on order a week ago and can see it pending on my bank account but to date I have had no emails about confirmation of my order, I had used a discount code but I might just have to go to Amazon and pay more but get the product.

Bought 20 box files for my new study. Love the lime green colour. Good quality though most of the boxes don't easily remain shut. Not too much of a problem if not too full as sit beautifully on IKEA unit shelf and more for decoration. Excellent quick delivery and thankful for the 10% discount code when ordered on Internet. Would buy again.

Out of 10 box file, one was crushed at one corner and ripped at the other and the push button closure on one fell out at first touch. On the bright side I was kept informed of delivery and parcel arrived on time

Colourful items - that's what I wanted for home filing - but I think they would be nice in an office, too. Good quality, although I cannot yet comment on everyday use, it needs to be some time before I know. Quick delivery. So, overall 5 stars.

Love the box files and lever arch. The designs are beautiful and unusual. Fastening on box files not robust enough.
