I ordered 3 box files of varying designs. The designs are great just what I wanted. One of the boxes does not lock properly the catch is positioned completely in the wrong space so useless to use standing on its end or on its side. I would have expected the goods to be checked properly before shipment but this obviously didn't happen.

Very helpful when I had a problem with the files delivered as a couple were water damaged (probably during delivery). They responded quickly to my emails and offered to refund me for the 2 that were damaged. Will definitely use them again.

I love the little A5 pads, as an Architect they are perfect for carrying around site, I can write notes, the squared paper version I use allows me to simply sketch details if needed and the spiral bound edge means no broken spines. Back in my office they can be stapled into my A4 note book if needed. Only problem is I have to buy them on line, however they came promptly in perfect condition.
