i purchased three of the Pukka box files in bright colours. The mechanism for closing the box is fragile (one has broken the other has fallen out of the box and will not reattach). The construction seems really poor and unreliable i would not reccommend their purchase.

I was impressed with the prompt delivery. The website was easy to navigate to order. However one of the files attachments popped out. I have been able to fix but it could easily pop out again. No I haven't overloaded the box file!

The items arrived on time and were good quality. May order some more in future.

The box files arrived in good time and were well packaged. They look very nice on our bookshelves. Unfortunately the fasteners only worked on half of the boxes. I have been able to use them but feel the quality is not what it should be, hence the lower rating.

This has really helped with organisation before and during moving into our first house :)

Boxes okay but two of the five boxes catches fell out on first use and could not be fixed back in. Disappointed.

The storage boxes are beautiful, well made and just as described. They arrived promptly and well packaged. Very happy and will definitely order from Pukka again.

I purchased from Pukka Pads and the items were delivered quite quickly. Although one of the items arrived damaged, I got in touch and they promptly replied and agreed to send out a replacement. Great service, would definitely purchase from them again!
