Okay so this is not the first time I’ve sold gold and silver for scraps. However, this is the first time I’ve been treated so well by a company. They are usually condescending and rude. Treating you as if they are doing you a favor. Not with Cashforgold. I’m was treated with dignity and respect. The young lady who helped me after I messed up and chose the wrong payment method was outstanding! She seem to genuinely care and instantly fixed my mistake. They have the best team ever! I never pay retail prices for my rings and I don't shop at the mall jewelry stores so I thought I would get a legitimate price quote. Their offer was disappointing low so I declined the offer and will be getting my rings returned.

I sent in a lab-certified diamond with an insurance replacement value of $1,085 and they tried to offer me just $36 for it. Are you kidding me? Don't even bother trying to sell your valuable gold and diamonds to these people, ESPECIALLY if you don't know what it's truly worth. You will NEVER get a fair price for it.

They lost two of my rings and they swapped the diamond out in my other rings thank God I had my jewelry document in the books before I sent it out I am taken further action against this company little do they know I have more than enough money to put these scam artist in the spot light so who ever reads this review just know I told yall to not fool aroundwith me and you did it any way I am missing two diamond rings and my other rings that yall returned the stones have been swapped out so that little 5,000$ insurance you had on my shipping insurance is no where near enough to cover my losses talk to your lawyers soon.PS I told you do not play with me and you still ripped me off now our legal system will expose what yall really got going on
