But that's not all I but untested jewelry and preform acid tests on every piece. It didn't matter that I had 40 grams of different pieces gold they did not test them and offered $3.44 so i declined one gram is $61spot and a necklace can weigh 2-6 grams totally disrespect to the owners reputation my business will never trust their employees again. 6.5 moisanites weigh .88 ct they didn't test them the right way. If I could give zero stars, I would. I sent my engagement ring and wedding band in for an offer. The offer was lower than I wanted, so I asked for the rings to be sent back. The package arrived and my wedding band was missing. It has been over a month of trying to get answers of where my ring was. The supervisor claimed they were watching the cameras and so it took many hours to do. She confirmed that only one ring was put in the safe 2 weeks ago. I was told it must have fallen out of the bag (how unprofessional and careless). I had to contact them multiple times and was told I would hear back in a few days but I did not so I had to continue contacting. Finally last week, I filed a claim through their insurance. Today, I heard back that the ring was found and was being mailed back. The whole situation was very suspicious and didn’t sit right with me. I am concerned that my real diamonds may have been replaced. There is no reason it should have taken a month to find my ring. I am going to take it to a jeweler when I receive to ensure the diamonds are still real. Terrible communication, customer service and all around a very horrible experience.

Worst experience I had my ring appraised for 6k paid 15k for it they offered 1,000 slap in the face I don’t even think they have professionals looking at them. They rushed to get it now they have it I declined offer it’s pulling teeth to get it back what a horrible costumer service experience I’m afraid they may not send it back or swap my diamond don’t do it!

We sent them 2 diamonds and did not like their offer. We received 1 diamond back. It has been 4 months and I am still having to ask for updates from their claims dept. Not impressed with their lack of communication and putting us off. Wish we would have had a better experience like others.

Very disappointed in my experience. Granted, communication was excellent. However, the estimate they gave me for my ring was quite laughable! I of course turned it down, and had ring sent back to me. Today, I took it to a pawnshop for a second opinion. It was twice what Diamonds USA offered ! Emboldened, I thanked them and then traveled to a local reseller called JewelRecycle. Within 10 minutes-I was offered THREE times the amount from Diamonds USA! And they gave me option of cash or paper check ! Needless to say I walked out cash in hand. Not really sure how they determine worth of an item-but I highly recommend getting an opinion from your local reseller first ! Can not in good conscience recommend.

Wow am I disappointed in my experience after all the favorable reviews I read. The offer they sent me was laughable. I declined immediately and said please return my ring. That was 3 full days ago. Since then I have received 8 emails that they are "trying to get in touch with me about the offer." I have replied three times, "Please return my ring as promised." Then I get another "offer declined, please contact us" email and it goes round and round. I would not recommend them to anyone based on this experience. Does not feel professional at all.

They say they will make a fair market value offer on their website. That wasn't my experience. I sent them two rings. Both was 14k white & yellow gold .5 Mine Cut Diamond with J color and I1 clarity. The other with.5 tcw, They offered me $127.00 for both. That was the price for melting them down. That wasn't a fair market value offer at all. It was insulting.

I sent my diamond was given a stupid appraisal offer.when I received my ring back the 1 carat diamond had been changed. I had the ring to a jeweler and had it appraised 3 days before I sent it. The day I got it back I took it back to the jeweler and was informed it was not the diamond that had been in the ring. I am taking legal actions. But beware this is a total scam. When I sent a 12k ring to them and was offered $670 I declined. Then they switched the diamond.
