To begin, I had a ring that was 2 CT. I never wore it so I wanted to get a fair payment for it. I opted for this company.. on their website it clearly states payments would be issued in the form of a PayPal payment, that isn't true. They offered me a low ball amount, I know what I had and what they offered me was a joke. I told them to send it back. Then they offered me double their original offer. I accepted, that's when they said they'd send a check out in the mail. The check took almost a week to arrive, then I was denied at 3 different places to cash their check. Good thing I have a good standing account with my bank and they eneded up doing it after several phone calls. For whatever reason places do not want to cash checks from this company obviously. Would have just been nice to have received the payment like their website originally stated, PayPal. It isn't until after sending in your jewelry are you informed its in the form of a paper check you have to wait for in the mail then jump thru several hoops to even get the thing accepted somewhere.

I sent in a bracelet with a value of thirty six thousand dollars and they offered me two hundred eighty three dollars. then it took forever to get my bracelet back after turning dow the very low offer. I will never deal with this company again

I declined the low offer and now am waiting for my ring to be returned. It has been almost 5 days and there is no tracking. The only information is that a shipping label has been created. Tried emailing them, no return answer. So sorry I got involved with them. I just want my ring back!!!!!! They sent me a tracking # which was dated from 8/25. Tomorrow will be a week and still hasn't been sent. Update, 8/31 Just got another email from them with the same tracking# and them saying they will send it back. Tried calling and I get a recording and to leave a message. This is unacceptable, I have used other gold and silver places online and if I declined the offer they were sent back within 3 days. There is no where on their website to track and have an account. Will be calling the BBB.

Offered me $64.39 for a 14k diamond wedding set. How insulting might as well take it to a pawn shop.

Diamonds USA was an easy and reliable process. I shipped them my diamond via overnight FedEx and they gave me what I thought was a fair assessment of it based on market value. I got to choose whether to accept the offer or not, and when I did the check came quickly to me via FedEx with tracking. Honestly it was a very good experience and I would highly recommend this company.

Sent my diamond ring in to get an appraisal to sell. I received an extremely low offer. I requested the ring back but it was lost during delivery. Went through weeks of back and forth emails and send in documentation to get a claim rejection, now they will not pay for the ring that I never received back.

I wouldn't even give it one star. What a fraud. My ring I paid 2500 for. Got an offer of 118.50. What a fraud of a company!

It was convenient to download the prepaid fedex shipping label to ship my items. Very convenient and prompt service relaying the value of my items. I would certainly recommend using this convenient service to turn in unwanted scrap gold.

Lowball offer based on inaccurate evaluation . I sent multiple diamond rings for appraisal/offer. While the process couldn't have been simpler, the overall experience was negative. Of most concern was the appraiser who inspected my items did not even have the correct gold content! They claimed everything I sent was 14kt, when one piece was actually 18kt and platinum. The customer service agent then asked me to let them reappraise the items to see if they could increase their office. I declined. Not correctly identifying the materials the first time is a big negative tick in my mind. Operator tried to explain it away that they are wholesalers (I understood that going in to the process) and that they had a lot of new staff due to COVID (don't feed me excuses). They also expected me to haggle with them; no, thank you. I sent my items based on positive reviews of others and couldn't have been more disappointed with the actual experience.

Idk who those other reviewers are...they sent me a low ball offer, I declined. They then called trying to bully me into taking it. I declined and asked them to return the jewelry. Now they won't respond to me, I have no idea if/when/how the jewelry will be returned.

This company does what is advertised! Free shipping materials delivered quickly with tracking. Offer sent to me and accepted. However after acceptance I found out that you can negotiate with them. They were fair and did give me more money for my items after I contacted them. Overall they do what they advertise.

I had a great experience w/ this Gold buyer & their process. Prepaid envelope showed up priority mail very fast; I packaged up my belongings and mailed off w/ prepaid pouch; after a couple days I got a quote via email to accept or deny; I accepted and a check was mailed out promptly. AND all the stuff I wasn’t sure about was mailed back to me. You can’t lose; ur out nothing if u don’t accept the quote although I believe they are fair & offer above what other buyers will. Would recommend to family and friends!! A+ service

For the first time I had some jewelry (with diamonds) that I was looking to sell. I originally thought my only options were a pawn shop or local jeweler. I'm always a little cautious when it comes to online business so I did some research. I was pleasantly SHOCKED when I looked them up on the BBB and saw they had ZERO customer complaints!! ZERO!! That's unheard of. So, I read through the website and learned that I, more than likely, could receive more money going through this company than my original options. They made the process so simple!!! I was sent everything I needed to mail out my jewelry and they even arranged for a FedEx driver to pickup my package to send out. In less than a week, I received an offer, which they allow you to decline and will send back your jewelry at no cost. I accepted the offer and, as they promised, I had the money in my PayPal account within one business day!! In addition, I didn't realize (which was my bad) that PayPal takes 3% as their fee. I texted/emailed Diamonds USA to inquire and they explained the fee. However, even though it was due to my own inattention, they sent me an Amazon gift card for the difference!! It was just a few dollars and they very well could have done nothing further, but they went above and beyond. I'm not someone who typically writes reviews (mostly because I forget), but I want people to know that Diamonds USA is 100% legitimate and work with you through the process. This is a company that knows what they are doing and have a fantastically streamlined process. Should I have more jewelry to sell in the future, Diamonds USA will ABSOLUTELY be the company I turn to!!
