Ordered 12×14 gagebo from costco.com almost returned it back because couldn't find professional installers. There's no way I could assemble this gagebo. Found this local assembler company called blue Fiks, oh man I'm so glad I have them assemble my gagebo. Two professional men spent almost 14 hours to finish assemble responsibly. I felt so bad that these two guys tried to get the job done in arizona heat. Gagebo looks great already many of my golf buddies asked where i got it and who installers were..they deserve good review. During my research phase of finding the right service to assemble my gazebo, Mani at BlueFiks was very prompt and helpful. I was trying to find the best deal. The cheapest really. I found a company that was $50 cheaper, but I soon learned they were not prompt to return my calls and ultimately dropped the ball. I wasted about a week. As I wanted my Gazebo up asap, I asked Mani if he could do the job same day. He was able to get me appointment next day in afternoon. The rep who would be going to my house texted me confirmation the day before for afternoon. I told him in text anytime earlier would be great. Next day he called me in the morning and said he could be here in 45 min. I was very happy! The two men who arrived were very polite and professional. They did a great job with assembly and were very fast! Completed my 10 x 10 gazebo in about 2 hours when the product reviews said about 4-8 hrs! When they were finished, I asked them to bolt it to the ground. Anchoring charge was $150. That additional fee to bolt seemed pricy, and I probably could have had my neighbor do for no charge. But, I wanted it to be done same day so I paid it. Overall, I am happy with the customer service and assembly, and I would recommend this company.
