Fast response, same day professional installation!

I am absolutely horrified by my experience with this company. I found them on Thumbtack and I had them out to assemble a $1500 play set for my son. They used improper tools and randomly placed, random screws. They also hit it with a metal hammer instead of following the manufactures instructions and recommendations of using a rubber mallet which I even offered them. They assured me what they were doing was fine. Being a woman home alone at the time i did not feel comfortable arguing with 2 men who were in my home. They destroyed the powder coating and just days later it has already begun to rust. They destroyed one of the specialty swing hangers as well. A part that sells from the manufacturer for several hundred dollars. I reached out to both them and thumbtack the morning after they assembled it and was given the run around for days. Then they sent a technician to my home without my consent or knowledge. The technician entered my backyard without telling me he was here. He photographed the damage and agreed it was put together incorrectly and they damaged it. He said he was going to get his tools and return, That was days ago, he never returned or reached out. I heard nothing until I followed up with thumbtack. I then received an extremely inappropriate text message from the original technician. I alerted Thumbtack to the message and it was basically ignored. Now they are saying they want to send a technician from another state. At this point I requested their insurance information. They have since ignored my request. TLDR: This company destroyed a $1500 play set admitted to it and is now ignoring my request for their insurance information. They have trespassed on my property and sent inappropriate text messages to me.

Mani and his team were fantastic. They delivered the project ahead of time, were professional and friendly. Would highly recommend them and will use them again.

Builder did a perfect job with our roll and score (skeeball) machine and did it by himself in 2 hours. Reviews stated it would take at least 2 people, and one self proclaimed handyman said it took him 5 hours to build. We were impressed!

The best service in the town!!!....I purchased Yardistry 12'x14' contemporary rectangular mesh kit(YM12900) from Costco.I realized this a very heavy duty and complicated assembly job(I had a total replacement R shoulder surgery recently) So while I'm looking for service, through Thumbtack BlueFiks LLC. owner Mani called me 11/4(Mon) offer me the price($799 flat) w/ Ins of work and some pics of the job they did recently on same gazebo. also They will do the job next day. After booking, yesterday 11/5(Tue) morning 8Am. 2 technician Omid & Ali came and said it takes 6 hrs. By 2pm they finished. 11/6(Wed) I'm writing this...The reason i give BlueFiks LLC. 5 stars are from beginning to end went perfectly as they said. everybody involve were very friendly and professional....With some other business price were $545-$1140 offered to me(but cheaper had some work issue with customer) and they communicate w/ only email or TM..

The installers were right on time. They were very professional and courteous. Installers moved all boxes to trash area and were not asked or expected to do so. Gazebo was installed perfectly! Great job!

Mamzy did a great job installing our Gazebo. He was on time, very organized and updated us on any issues. He and his partner worked as a team and were very efficient. He notified us that parts were missing and worked with us to schedule a time for him to come back and finish the work. They cleaned up after they were done and had all the packaging materials in one area that allowed us to easily dispose of it. We are extremely happy with the work that they did.

The BlueFiks team was fast, helpful, and honest. I had mismeasured for the pergola location, and they accommodated completion to allow for the resolution of that problem. Mani and Amir were very nice to work with.

The Guys showed up for work on time. They were very nice and knowledgeable. They started and finished the job in a very timely manner. They went over and discussed things about the pergola. A clean place was left when they left. Would definitely hire this company again.

The gazebo was put together in 3hours and it looks very nice. When I posted my job I had included hanging lights around it. The workers knew nothing about that. I had mentioned to the owner about hanging a light fixture with a cord so no hook up, just hanging. The workers said it would be $100. I spoke to the owner about it and the lights and he said everything after the installation of the gazebo would be extra. I told him the lights were listed on the posting he responded to. That didn’t matter. If you choose this company get everything in writing

They did a phenomenal job putting together my gym equipment. It looks perfect and works exactly how i need it to! They fit me in the day of, were helpful and kind, and I will definitely be using this company again. Thank you!
