I received an email saying the order was on hold, but once I emailed back indicating that I had already sent in the Drs order, the mask was shipped. For some reason, it left the states and was sent to Hawaii, but I did receive it within a week. My insurance refused to cover a mask without another sleep study, so ordering online saved me hundreds of dollars!

No true. I needed one additional part, which I am ordering from another company because they were not helpful to me this time. But I will be back. They normally are a very good company.

However, your records would show that I called after placing the order to confirm that it had taken in the system and if the conversation was recorded, it would affirm that I asked if my order would be delivered the next day. I was of particular concern because that next day was Good Friday. The response that I received was yes. I have become aware of what your documented policies state and I own not being familiar as a first time customer with those details, but my expectation not knowing anything about what time zone your business is located in; was based on what I was told verbally by your employee that day. I went several days without having what was needed and if I had died as a result of that expectation, because I stopped breathing in my sleep, I don't believe anyone would think this matter was casual under those circumstances. I called for the sake of clarity and what I received back did not match what was written.
