My 'family' travel agent quoted me £615 for EXACTLY THE SAME ticket. Thing is, we've been using this family travel agent for years, and this is the payback. We waited 3 consecutive days for a better price as he kept us waiting and made us call back every day. I was close to accepting that offer, but something just gave me the idea of trying online. Tried Skyscanner, I pretty much scoffed at the price of £405 when I first saw it. I told myself there'll be some catch. Either no baggage, or half of the original baggage allowance, has to be something. Still, to put my mind at ease, called the number given for Fly Sharp, spoke a gentleman named Morris. Amazing service! Simply EXCELLENT. So will be using them from now on!

On the payment link, my ticket from London to Delhi was getting rejected again and again which was later found that there a mistake on the card expiry date. Andy was so patient with me and sending me update payment links again and again. He was very helpful through out the process.

Brilliant Customer Service!

Booked a return flight to Calgary but somehow Fly Sharp have created 2 outbound flights exactly the same, which is still causing enormous problems trying to add API, book seats etc. when trying to call them you get different individual each time and they have no idea how to sort. Never use this agent, just go directly to airline as will then save hours of phone time trying to unravel their mess!

Booked flights via their website, they sent updates which was fine, however they managed to create 2 outbound flights and 1 return. I have tried unsuccessfully for over a month for some in the company to correct the error. All I get is someone will call me back (they don't) and email responses are useless. Never get to speak to the same person and they do not care once they have your money. Use at your own peril!

One of the worst Customer service! I booked my flight with this company and received my tickets promptly without any issues. However, when I needed to reschedule my flights, I encountered significant problems. The quote they provided was exorbitant—so high that I could discard my current tickets and purchase new ones from better airlines for the same cost. Additionally, the customer service representative was extremely pushy, insisting that I book the tickets immediately and not end the call until I paid the "SPECIAL" price he quoted. I would strongly advise avoiding this company.
