flights booked Gatwick to Canada on Virgin, flights changed to HRW to Canada by airline and from Virgin to Westjet. However outbound flight showing seats on 2 flights out and 1 flight back. Called and emailed flysharp and was told to wait 24 - 48 hours for the system to correct itself. Called again after 48 hours and told to wait for another 24 - 48 hours as it was a different department in Flysharp that would deal with this query. Still waiting for it to be resolved! Updated 4th July - guess what, still not resolved and although they promised to call me back - they haven't! Never get to speak to the same person twice either. Updated 5th July - surprise, surprise, still no-one has called me back. I called them AGAIN to be told we are in touch with th e airline and someone will call you back. Think I will die of old age before this gets sorted! DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY! Thank you for your response however the issue is still not resolved some 8 days later! Very poor customer service. 2 weeks later, no one bothers to call me back, don't get to speak to the same person twice. So much for their response "valued customer'! Issue still not resolved 8th August still no reply.

Not happy with the service! all they just wanted is the money!!! After asking so many time to send me some kind of confirmation then I received very unprofessional email where child ticket cost more then Adults ticket🙄 Please don’t use them!!!!!

My e-ticket was not clear as to whether we had one piece of check in baggage per person or one piece per booking. I phoned on a Saturday morning not expecting the lines to be open or to incur the expense of booking extra baggage, even though we had already paid for what we thought was for 2 pieces of check in luggage. Anish responded to my query quickly with no hassle, giving me peace of mind. I'm used to having such a hassle with sorting these types of issues and having to jump through hoops to find answers, it was refreshing for it to be sorted so quickly. Booked flights, then received an email saying nothing was confirmed - they would let me know within 24 hours if i had flights. At this stage money was out of my account. I called and an advisor said i would receive a call back. Then i received an email saying booking cancelled - but no callback. Absolute scam - wish id looked at reviews before booking with these clowns. Having been through skyscanner i wrongly trusted them.

I booked ticket from FLYSHARP, and the service and support from the team is very quick, especially from Anish. The booking process was quite quick. i would recommend other to try this FLYSHARP to book tickets

Simple and easy booking at a good price. Anish who answered our helpline call was quite helpful. We did get a call from the provider mentioning there was a reschedule in our return flight however it stayed the same. All the best.

I was skeptical given some of the negative reviews, however saw a review that this company also runs Travel Trolley. After some research I noted this was correct and I had previously had a good experience with Travel Trolley having booked some long haul flights & having to get them refunded due to the pandemic. I booked my tickets around midnight and had my e-tickets by 9.30am the following morning. Great price tickets compared to other providers found via sky scanner.

Customer service is beyond expectation. Mr Kartik a fantastic man helped me get extra weight with same price. I will recommend everyone to talk to them before make the purchase, they are there to help.
