I am very unhappy with fly sharp.I tried to make booking and for the first time the money was gone from my account. However, I received a call from them the same day saying the payment was voided. So I tried to do another booking with another bank card. After receiving the reservation email I made sure to call them and they informed I will receive the ticket in 24 hours.However I received a call again from them stating the ticket can not be confirmed .Now Iam really concerned about my money.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience booking a flight with this company. Initially, I booked a direct flight to Delhi and completed the payment process. However, their booking team contacted me 20 days later, claiming that the booking hadn't been processed despite holding onto my money. Instead of offering a viable solution, they simply suggested a refund without any alternative direct flight options. Upon further inquiry, they proposed a 13-hour layover flight, which I found available online at a cheaper rate than what they were offering. Despite my reluctance, I agreed to this option, requesting a price match and refund for the difference. They assured me they would comply. While I eventually received the flight booking, it's been over 15 days, and I still haven't received my refund despite multiple follow-ups. Throughout this process, they've offered nothing but apologies and have shirked their responsibility. As a result, I've had to take an extra day off work due to their incompetence. A customer-oriented agency would have prioritized booking me a direct flight instead of prolonging this ordeal. This entire incident has shattered my trust in third-party flight booking agencies

I had a horrible experience amending my tickets. At the time of booking I was called repeatedly by a man named Jackson, who was very polite and very helpful. Now, they are taking in a very rude and unprofessional attitude. Please do not suggest anyone to go with Flysharp ‼️ 👆👆👆👆👆👆

My flight to Boston, scheduled for departure at 13:00, was cancelled, and a new flight has been assigned for 16:30. I only discovered the cancellation upon my arrival at the airport. I would have expected the booking agent to inform me about the change in flight. However, I hadn't received any notification until 14:45, by which time I had been waiting at the airport for more than 4 hours. I would have left home later if I had been informed in time. I'll never buy a flight ticket through a booking agent ever again.
