We have just collected our new Coachman Laser caravan from Yorkshire Caravans of Bawtry. We would just like to say that we cannot thank Debbie enough for the excellent service she gave us, she is always so very helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is in place. She is so very pleasant and is always smiling. We would also like to thank Vicky who did the handover and who is also very friendly, helpful and pleasant. Our overall experience of trading our other caravan in and purchasing a new one has been excellent service thanks to Debbie.

From the moment I called YC&M I got treated like a valued customer by Debbie in sales who looked after us very well. She came back to me with her best balance to swap first time and within 20 minutes and then got our new Adora Tiber here 4 weeks early. The caravan was handed over in a dedicated building with no rush by a very knowledgeable Vicky and Sarah who were first rate and lastly the caravan itself seems to be built so much better than previous caravans I’ve owned. Time will tell but I know if there’s a problem that Debbie and team will look after me.

My latest visit to Yorkshire Caravans was for some warranty work that was required on our caravan. Kevin Waugh dealt with me and we agreed a plan of action to book in for inspection and look at what repairs are needed. Drop off and collection were well organised and our caravan was waiting for me to arrive. Kevin and team have been very helpful and working toward serving our caravan when the required parts arrive so we have less downtime. I have been kept up to date with progress and I am fully confident to return in future for all our caravan needs. Great service, friendly and informative...an easy five stars.

Martin was a very lovely young man. We unfortunately didn't buy the caravan we went to view. Felt awful to let him down but he was very understanding.

What can we say everything was perfect from the very first visit. We originally visited to “have a look around” and we got some help from Paul who was very knowledgeable. And in the end we found the perfect van and he managed to get us a brilliant deal and ended up buying it the same day. I would definitely recommend and no doubt we will be returning customers in the future.

Emma is great and always does her best under difficult working processes at Yorkshire Caravans. Just collected our 5 month old caravan following 2 small repairs under warranty. I don't understand why it took over 3 weeks for the work to be completed. Tried to book in in October but they weren't taking any more bookings until January. Emma is a great asset to your company. You need to sort out the service side of your business if you want to retain customers.

Well what can I say we travelled down from Co Durham to view a caravan we had seen on the internet however we noticed another one we liked and decided on that one. Johnny was the salesman who dealt with us and was friendly and professional throughout the sale. Then today we travelled down to collect caravan and the handover was second to none. Vicky dealt with us and she also was professional throughout. What a fabulous couple of people to deal with. Would highly recommend Yorkshire caravans. Thank you so much

We had a seamless transaction whilst part exchanging our old caravan for a new one. The salesperson Paul was outstanding and a pleasure to deal with. This is our 3rd caravan from Yorkshire caravans and each time the experience has been excellent and no doubt we would purchase again from them. Another year of excellent service from the after sales and warranty team. Emma in particular is fantastic at keeping me up to date with how things are going and nothing is too much trouble for her.

First time using Yorkshire Caravan and Motorhomes. We have looked around different caravan dealers, most selling out of our price range, and some caravans were dirty and disgusting. Also looked at some private sales which were okay and may have been considered. We saw some Caravans being advertised on webpage of Yorkshire Caravans and thought we would take a look. Well there was a good range of Caravans in our price range, second hand and clean. We have plenty of time to look around without being hassled by a sales person. The. Paul popped in just at the right time to see if we needed any help. We were settled on one caravan that we both really liked Paul explained about the van and was very knowledgeable. We decided to buy the van as we could really see ourselves away on holiday in it and have some great experiences. Paul negotiated the deal and was easy and no hassle. Not long after buying the van I saw there has been a price drop, they honoured the difference in price, se we have now managed to buy all the extras we needed for the van. We also got a 15% discount on all the extras we bought from the onsite shop. The only niggle as we were there for a long time, was not being offered a drink at all. On collection of the Caravan was a good in-depth show round and how things worked. We are really pleased with the Caravan and plan many trips away round the British isles.

we have just bought a caravan from Paul at Yorkshire caravans a good experience from start to finish would recommend the company if you are a first time buyer as everything is explained in detail before you leave with the caravan

We bought our caravan a couple of months ago peter the salesman was very helpful and not pushing things on us just gave good advice, we have had a minor fault which we have needed a repair on warranty once again emma in aftercare was very helpful and sorted it for us, the lady who handed over our new van to us was also very thorough and polite sorry forgot your name, the reason we have waited before posting is to see how things went and we are more than happy with our van and the customer service from these guys.

We would like to thank Emma Maud in the aftercare/warranty department for sorting out our warranty issues, she has a difficult job trying to keep customers happy & dealing with the manufacturer. Like a 1980s time warp, salesman refused to give me a PX price without a £1000 deposit with an order for a £44000 van. Worse than dealing with a used car salesman from the back street. Got told to 'get my ducks in a row' and then return to purchase. Easy to see how these companies are going bust, Swift need to re-evaluate this company as an authorised seller.

I rang today with a warranty issue and spoke to Kevin who sought out information for me, he rang me back several times as he said he would and went above and beyond the call of duty to sort out my problems and I am incredibly grateful to him for the work he put in on my behalf. An excellent service.

Great help today. Our caravan returned from warranty repairs and they have held greatly with what comes next by providing short notice storage.
