After an initial issue which in fairness was resolved very well in the end and perhaps i jumped the gun with my concerns, I am very happy with the service which i have received. The products were delivered quickly and i am extremely happy with the product. I will no doubt be buying further items from them in the future. The items delievered were extremely good quality.

The dogs love the vet bedding. Easy to clean and warm.

I have just purchased the Wynbury kennel and chose Kennel store because of its Trustpilot reviews. This has been an extremely good internet purchase. From the outset communication was very helpful. Delivery on time was faultless and we are extremely pleased with the kennel, particularly at the price paid. I wouldn’t hesitate in using Kennelstore again. There are so few companies out there who really tick all the boxes from start to finish and this is one of the exceptions.

I was not given any notification of delivery. It was only luck that I was in. And the mat which I paid approximately £60 for has still not arrived. The kennel is fine, service not so good.
