The staff were very helpful and friendly and kept us up to speed with developments as civid -19 had just kicked off big time. We were lucky enough to have our kennels delivered on the last trip out. They arrived with a very cheery driver and we had the whole thing put together by 4pm in the afternoon. Nothing missing, nothing damaged and the dogs have fantastic new kennels and cosy cabins. First thing, best customer service ever! Went to numerous kennel suppliers and kennelstore were the only ones that could get my kennels to me in good time. The Kennels arrived and due to circumstances I put them together myself. Communication was 10/10 from start to finish (with the company that install them also). Couldn't recommend enough, a real family run company who go the extra mile to satisfy customers. Me personally installing the Kennels was 9/10 but I can't help thinking the lads would have done a 10/10 job!
