My order was never sent, no one returned my call, your email is incorrect, I asked to have my order filled or my purchase price refunded, No stamps, and since I can not contact anyone, I think any positive feedback is phony. and this site is just a scam.

Ordered a pair of Uggs on 11/26 which for a present which was paid for, in advance. Email confirmed order and within a couple of days noted "shipping label created". However, the order never shipped. Sent multiple emails to their customer service but most went unanswered. Received an email stating that because my order was placed before 12/9, it would be guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas. Never arrived. Thankfully I paid for it on Paypal so I was able to stop payment.

Look, I've been tricked by this company before. Since then they changed their name and I got tricked again. Stay away from them. They charge your credit card, email you with the order, then a few days later send you an email saying it's being shipped. When you don't receive the item, they say the item is backordered and they don't have a date to give you on when to expect your shipment. I think what they do is illegal and this company should be shut down. Another disputed claim from me and they will never get an order from me or you again.

stay away from these scammers whatever you do...have not received anything because package is sent from city to city in china but tracking telling me its in country of destination ie, USA...their website does not tell you everything they sell is in china..misleading you to expect immediate shipping because the product is marked MADE IN THE USA and after talking with the actual maker today these people are selling counterfeit goods...!!!
