United States | 24 September 2019I ordered Sept 1st. Received notice it had shipped the 12th. I was told to contact a Rafi . Now today I get another "Shipping" notice say it had shipped once again and not to expect before OCT. I have requested a full refund..we will see. I didn't order expecting a month or 2 shipping. I am revising my review based on communication from Rafi...he contacted me and began communication with their businesses. Today I received a refund with the promise to keep communication open to secure my shoes. Great end to a unhappy situation.

United States | 01 August 2019I ordered quantity 3 solar-powered mosquito zappers on July 4th. 1 was received 18 days later. I contacted the CS dept. and a couple of days later they advised of anther tracking number. I fully charged that first item and over the next week tried unsuccessfully to get it to work. I also observed an error in assembly since the light and grid are supposed to be on the upper face whereas on the item I received both faces to the ground. On July 27th a package arrived, presumably containing the missing items. I have not opened that package since my experience with their CS, defective product and poor QC caused me to request a return. That was submitted July 29th I was advised that because the 30 day window for refund had elapsed I could not get a refund. Apparently they are a failure in math as well. My advice is to give this company a wide berth if they treat other customers as they treated me they will not survive

United States | 14 February 2019Very pleased with purchase--exactly as pictured and described; speed of delivery is pretty good particularly considering the item comes from the other side of the world. Price--excellent. Only complaint, when receiving notifications, the notice does not say what the product is; I had 2 purchases from OverHalfSale and never knew which the notice was referring to.
