The jacket I bought was made well however their sizing is more for doll clothes! I ordered a size too large and it is still not close to fitting! I ordered size 2 X but my daughter who wears a size six cannot get it zipped! I want a full refund but don’t know how to get it. HELP!! 😕

Coat was too small, and the white fuzzy collar left strands on my sweater like dandruff. Looks great in the photo but not the same when you get it. The outside of the coat is not bad and I liked it, bit the sizing is way off and the collar/inner material is BAD.

I bought four clothing items. The sizes are not true to size. The M is actually a small small. The XL is a small medium. I donated them. In the future I will not buy any clothing.

Ordered six items, not all received,looks like items coming from different suppliers in China,not the U.S. as believed, tracking numbers not trackable, purchased as gifts, still waiting for some of the items, will not order from this site again.

You do find a lot of good sales and specials at this site. But they take so long to ship them, they don’t tell you before you buy them when will be delivier It would be nice if they deliver them within 3 to 5 business day like other sites

My statement does not tell me what I ordered. I think this should be my neck scarf.I have yet to get it so I’m giving a low rating and will have to start hunting it down.I also see others saying they take to long with their shipping.

This is a good heater. I have seen it advertised for anywhere from $29.95 to $49.95. Customer service answered all my questions promptly about when the heater would arrive. I appreciate that. I took off one star because it took three weeks from the time I ordered it for it to arrive.

It’s said it’s in its way, yesterday I received an email stated it was shifted to my POBox, which I don’t use PO Box. As you can see on my billing and shipping address are the same. Come on now! Do it correctly! Merchandise it’s still in China? Custom?

Ordered four sets of “warm white” pine cone lights for Christmas. Got them out and decorated and they were “colored” lights instead. Not what I wanted. It was too much trouble to find a new box and send them back in hopes of getting the correct lights, especially so near Christmas, so I just kept the colored lights which are already mounted. I would add that the “colored” lights are pretty, just not what I wanted or ordered.
