I received a defective set of wireless earbiuds from Overhalfsale .I submitted my request to return for a refund and have not received a response after two more follow up emails! Very unhappy with quality of products(shipped from mainland China)and customer support. I will never buy from them again!

It takes entirely to long for ur merchandise to come. The actual delivery date is way off..so I see why it's free. The merchandise I did get is of poor cheap material order..plus overpriced. Looks like dollar tree stuff. I don't trust anything u sell..I'M DONE

Item ordered for 4yr old granddaughter came in ripped at the front of the dress. Had to be sewn before it could be worn. How disappointing to receive item like this! Is there no quality inspection team there? The rip was 6 inches long and front and center in the package. There's no way it couldn't be seen by anyone who handled this! But then again, it came from China.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. The boots were absolutely hideous. I had to put them outside to get rid of the awful chemical smell they had. They were ROLLED up in a small plastic bag and made of cheap, thin material. They have a weird shape, they have seams on the inside that poke into my feet, and I haven't been able to even wear them for more than half a minute without ripping them off because they hurt so badly. Also, I had no idea shipping would take so long. I would not have ordered had I known this, let alone all of the other reasons I would have never ordered these horrible, poorly made, UGLY boots. I would be embarrassed to wear these in public. They are going to the consignment store so I can attempt to recover some of the cost. I thought I was getting a great deal at $30, but after seeing them, I wouldn't pay $5 on the clearance rack for them.

You have responded fast with letting my know you have my order, and that it has shipped. I can't get into find my package status on your web sigh. Keeps saying they have no record of my order.

I used this site to order a weighted blanket and when I received it in the mail, it was not what I ordered. I am highly unsatisfied with this website and likely will not be using it again 😡

I ordered 3 white ear buds and only got 1 in the package so I emailed them 3 times and got no where so I will have to dispute this with my credit card company to get a refund for the missing 2 ear buds.

Product takes too long to deliver.

Shipping seems slow. I thought I would have had a notice the it was shipping by now

Very slow shipping ( found out the product ships from China). Size is too small but no understandable return address (written in Chinese). Still waiting for another order that was placed a month ago, probably from China too. No more orders for me!

Shipping times is too long

I bought a steel pipe shoe shelf 10 04 2018 con # 7258 it was a piece of junk, nothing like pictured advertised. It fell apart before I could put it together so I just threw it away. $25.00 dollars down the drain. Sorry about the negative review but this is what happened.

The coat was too small, more for a child. Horrible customer service and it took over a month and a half to receive the order!

The shipping was fairly quick, however, in spite of the unique concept, there is a flaw with the product. When placing phone with case on, it cannot utilize the charging dock. The only way to charge phone on the station is to first remove the phone case so it can fit snugly in plug :-(

Items can later than the shipment date but I did receive things like they were shown in the pictures.
