Easy transaction arrived in good time and in good condition

Due to poor website design and some admitted failure on my part the billing address overrode the shipping address, so this purchase, which was a gift, got routed to the incorrect address. Within 3 minutes I sent an email through to the only contact listed on the site. Several hours later, I was told “tough luck” by the customer service team. My package arrived today, and low and behold in their rush to send things out they sent not only my order but some poor woman’s 90€ bag as well. Appears to be a poorly run company both logistics and customer service wise. Do not recommend

However, my oder can be easily tracked so it was really not a problem unless you're impatient. The payment is also very secure on the website. I am very pleased with my classic backpack - I struggle with a normal backpack because of neck issues, so was looking for one that was as light as possible. This is so light, but still has plenty of space.
