United Kingdom | 06 April 2022I have recently purchased a Kanken sling bag and keyrings from 'My Fox Bag'. Both orders were delivered in good time and arrived nicely packaged. I did check them out with all the hints online about how to spot a fake Kanken and I'm pleased to say that these were great. The Kanken sling has a long strap so can easily be used as a crossbody bag. The back zipped section of this is an ideal place to store PPE masks etc and the two little side pockets perfectly hold a small hand gel. So it's ideal to use during the pandemic! The keyrings are well constructed and look like they will last for years.

Then they almost sent it back, and now I’m still waiting for the bag to be delivered to me. Haven’t even received my order. I know for sure what address I have submitted and now because seller didn’t use it correctly I’m still waiting for my bag to be delivered. Bad experience…

Russia | 10 March 2022I'm from Russia. At the time of ordering, there was an announcement on the site that orders were being delivered to Russia. But my order was cancelled. For the order refund you sent me, I received horrendous currency conversion fees when rates skyrocketed. As a result, I lost half of the cost, which I paid only on the commission. The order was canceled due to delivery difficulties, but I received my order in another store from England. Guys, this is a very bad approach to customers. We, as citizens, are not to blame for anything. And you are doing badly to those who are not subject to the situation. You must be a good shop. But I lost money just out of nowhere. I'm sorry, I won't be ordering from you again, nor will I recommend the store to many friends who love kankens. :( I wish you success!

I knew the jackets would be of a high quality but I was still surprised by the quality when they arrived. The products are pricey but the quality and satisfaction you get from wearing them make the cost worth it. Favourite outdoor and everyday wear products ever.

United Kingdom | 23 November 2021I’ve been trying for WEEKS to be refunded for an order that was marked delivered but that I haven’t received, and had to ask three times in a row to escalate my complaint and request for a refund for the parcel to receive the necessary form. Having signed the form and sent it back, I’ve been told repeatedly that the signature on it is digital *when it isn’t*, and the customer service representative(s) I’m speaking to won’t accept that it’s been hand signed even after I explained that I had to layer a digital signature over my handwriting as it was too faint to see after being scanned in. As a disabled customer trying to navigate their customer service systems and processes, I’ve been left feeling uncared for and dismissed and I wouldn’t recommend shopping with them if you can avoid it.
